About Neffle's Bakery
Our Beginnings
We started baking to raise funds for a charity near and dear to our hearts. Over the years the size of the event grew. We opened our home to coworkers, friends and family for three days of baking followed by three days of sales. It was during this time Mark perfected the recipes for his cupcakes and buttercream. After an 11 year hiatus, we baked for another charity to help them get a start. We were reminded of how much we enjoy sharing our baked goods.
Our Philosophy
At Neffle's Bakery, we believe in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create delicious and visually stunning baked goods.We use Belgian Chocolate in our cake pops and chocolate treats and real butter in our frostings and cake batters. We bake in small batches and limit quantity so we can focus on your order. We take pride in our attention to detail and strive to exceed our customers' expectations with every order.
Who we are
We are a Licensed Cottage Food Bakery located in Voorhees, specializing in cupcakes, cake pops, and chocolate covered treats.
New Jersey permit # CFO#2074. All food is prepared pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:24-11 in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Department of Health. Our kitchen prepares food containing wheat, eggs, milk, soy, sesame, shellfish and fish. We are not gluten free or kosher.

Vanilla Cake with cake batter flavoring with a ball of edible chocolate chip cookie dough inside and topped with chocolate buttercream
Lemon
Lemon cake with lemon curd filling and lightly flavored lemon buttercream
Strawberry
Strawberry cake with a strawberry filling and strawberry buttercream
Boston Cream
Vanilla Cake with Bavarian cream center and topped with fudge frosting
Coconut
Coconut cake with coconut custard filling , topped with vanilla buttercream and shredded coconut
Carrot
Carrot cake with center of cream cheese filling baked inside and topped with cream cheese flavored buttercream

We use only Belgian Chocolate to coat our pops

Caramel Mocha Frappuccino
Made with chocolate cake, caramel syrup and espresso. Dipped in milk chocolate and cream and caramel flavored white chocolate
Funfetti
Made with a sweeter vanilla cake, sprinkles and chopped white chocolate. Dipped in White chocolate
Fruttie Pebbles
Made with a sweeter vanilla cake mixed with crushed fruit flavored cereal, dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with more crushed cereal
Hummingbird
Made from a traditional Southern Carrot cake mixed with freeze dried pineapple, coconut and pecans. Dipped in cream cheese flavored white chocolate
Lemon
Lemonade flavored center dipped in white chocolate ad lemon flavored white chocolate
Coconut
Made with coconut cake and chopped sweetened coconut and dipped in coconut flavored white chocolate
Almond Joy
Made with almond cake and fresh sweetened coconut dipped in dark chocolate
